HOSPECO Acquires Nilodor

HOSPECO has acquired Nilodor, Inc.

Per the terms of the deal, HOSPECO will retain the Nilodor product line. Nilodor will also continue research, development, and manufacturing of its products and additional HOSPECO products at its Bolivar, OH, facility.

Les Mitson, owner and president of Nilodor, will join HOSPECO as an advisor. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
