ISSA Adds Business Development Manager for UK & Ireland

ISSA has appointed Frances Ball business development manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Frances Ball previously served as business development manager for the Institute of Customer Service. In her new position, she will be based in Nottingham, England, and will be tasked with increasing the association’s membership base in the region and assisting with the deployment of its educational programs.
