Johnson Controls, Inc. has secured a contract with St. Clair Shores, MI, to implement a city-wide infrastructure improvement and energy conservation project.

The US$5.7 million contract calls for Johnson Controls to upgrade the city’s municipal buildings with energy-efficient HVAC and  building automation systems as well as LED lighting. The project is expected to reduce the city’s carbon footprint and will be partially funded through operational savings resulting from Johnson Controls’ upgrades.
