I sat down with Lucas, ISSA’s Facility Services Programs Sales Executive, to ask him a few questions about the CITS program –
Who should attend? The program is open to all of our distributors, manufacturers, building service contractors, and in-house service providers members. Just an FYI – building service contractors and in-house service provider courses are for managerial level employees.
What are the benefits to attending? There are many benefits to the CITS program, but the main one is to achieve certification to train the frontline workers. CITS can empower your employees, hone your training skills, and validate your training programs.
