Emilija Osmanovic is new to the ISSA membership team, and we are happy to welcome her aboard as our receptionist. She comes to us with an extensive background in customer service. As a member service representative, Emilija is the first friendly voice you may hear when you call the ISSA office. She offers support to the entire ISSA family and its members in a professional and courteous demeanor.
