About the Presenter

John M. Poole, Jr., Master REH, RBSM, ASHM, I.C.E., is an ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) assessor and authorized Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) outreach trainer. In addition, Poole is a National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) walkway auditor safety specialist. He is currently a senior consultant at the American Institute for Cleaning Sciences.
