Daniel Montes Jr. is vice president for business operations at Brilliant General Maintenance in San Jose, CA. As the third generation to be involved with the family business, Montes has spent his entire life walking job sites. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and is an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
