3M Adds Two Executives to Leadership Team

3M recently appointed two executives to the company’s leadership team.
Michael Roman has been named chief operating officer and executive vice president. Roman has been with 3M for nearly three decades and most recently served as executive vice president of industrial business, the company’s largest division.
H.C. Shin has been appointed vice chair and executive vice president. Shin joined 3M in 2005 and has served as executive vice president of the company’s international operations since 2011.
