3M Announces Quarterly Dividend

3M has declared a quarterly dividend of US$1.17 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend is payable December 12 to shareholders of record at the close of business November 24. 3M has paid a dividend to shareholders without interruption for more than 100 years.
