3M Declares Quarterly Dividend Payout

3M has declared a quarterly dividend of US$1.02 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend is payable June 12 to shareholders of record at the close of business May 19. 3M has paid a dividend to shareholders without interruption for 100 consecutive years.
