3M has reported fiscal-first-quarter earnings of US$1.32 billion, or $2.16 per share, up from $1.28 billion, or $2.05 per share, one year earlier.
The company reported quarterly revenue of $7.69 billion, a 3.7 percent increase compared to the same time period last year. Sales in 3M’s health care segment improved 2.3 percent while the company’s safety and graphics division increased quarterly sales 3.4 percent.
