3M Issues Quarterly Dividend

3M has declared a quarterly dividend of US$1.36 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend is payable December 12 to shareholders of record at the close of business November 23. 3M has paid a quarterly dividend to shareholders without interruption for more than 100 years.
