ABM Adds Two to Board

ABM has appointed Art A. Garcia and Filippo Passerini to the company’s board of directors as independent directors.
Garcia currently serves as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ryder System, Inc. Passerini is the current operating executive in U.S. Buyouts for the Carlyle Group.
