ABM Finalizes Purchase of GCA Services

ABM has completed its purchase of GCA Services Group from affiliates of Thomas H. Lee Partners, LP and Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division.

Per the terms of the US$1.25 billion transaction, which was announced in July, ABM acquired GCA for $851 million in cash and 9.5 million shares of ABM common stock. The deal expands ABM’s client portfolio in the educational and industrial sectors.
