ABM has secured a contract with Bryan County, GA, to implement energy and facility improvement projects in several county buildings.
The contract calls for ABM to upgrade 36 county facilities with energy-efficient HVAC systems, LED lighting, upgraded building controls, and water conservation enhancements.
Based on current energy prices, the deal is expected to reduce the county’s energy consumption and save Bryan County more than US$16.4 million in energy and operating costs during the next 15 years. ABM anticipates the upgrades will be completed by early 2020.
