ABM to Help Michigan Manufacturer Cut Energy Costs

ABM has secured a facility improvement contract with Heller Machine Tools L.P.
The agreement calls for ABM to upgrade Heller’s Troy, MI, headquarters with energy-efficient HVAC systems, building controls, and lighting. The facility enhancement project is expected to save Heller more than US$1.6 million in energy and operating costs throughout the next 15 years based on current energy prices. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
