ABM to Help Texas School District Reduce Energy Costs

ABM Facility Services has secured an energy contract with El Paso Independent School District in El Paso, TX.
The contract calls for ABM to upgrade the district’s 14 schools with high-efficiency LED lighting, updated building automation, and water conservation systems by June 2020. Based on current energy prices, the deal is expected to reduce the facilities’ energy consumption and save the school district more than US$14.8 million in energy and operating costs during the next 15 years. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
