ACS Industries Acquires Treleoni

ACS Industries, Inc. has acquired the assets and operating business of Treleoni, LLC.

The deal, which bolsters ACS Industries’ flood pad offerings, includes Treleoni’s Manning, SC, manufacturing facility. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
