Agilex Acquired by Swiss Fragrances Manufacturer

Agilex Fragrances has been acquired by Geneva, Switzerland-based Firmenich SA.

According to the terms of the deal, Agilex will operate as a stand-alone business. Financial terms of the transaction, which is slated to close by the end of the year, were not disclosed, Gifts and Decorative Accessories reports.
