Atalian Global Services has acquired Aetna Integrated Services, Inc.

Atalian’s purchase of the Columbus, OH-based janitorial firm expands the company’s geographical footprint and client portfolio in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
