BRAVO! Group Services, Inc. has acquired C-K Air Conditioning, Inc.
Per the terms of the transaction, C-K Air Conditioning will merge operations with BRAVO!’s existing Control Temp Mechanical Services division. The combined business will operate under the nameC-K Control Temp Mechanical, Inc. Financial terms of the purchase were not announced.
