Bunzl Board Names Chairman Designate

Bunzl Plc, parent company of Bunzl Processor Division, has appointed Peter Ventress a nonexecutive director and chairman designate.

Ventress, the former nonexecutive director of Premier Farnell plc, will join Bunzl as a nonexecutive director June 1, 2019. He will assume the role of chairman of Bunzl’s board of directors in April 2020, following the retirement of Philip Rogerson at the company’s annual general meeting.
