Bunzl Expands Into China

Bunzl Plc, parent company of Bunzl Cleaning & Hygiene Supplies, has acquired HSESF.

Bunzl’s acquisition of the Shanghai, China-based distributor of personal protective equipment marks the company’s first acquisition in the country. Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
