Carolina Paper Acquired by CT Commercial Holdings

Carolina Paper Co. has been acquired by CT Commercial Holdings, LLC.

Per the terms of the deal, the two organizations will function as a wholly owned subsidiary of PMC Global, Inc. and will be known as CT Commercial Paper Co. Financial terms of the transaction were not announced.
