Cintas Reports 3rd-Quarter Revenue Growth

Cintas Corp. has reported a fiscal third-quarter revenue of US$1.68 billion, a 5.9 percent year-over-year increase.
Cintas posted a quarterly operating income of $278.3 million, up 39.1 percent from last year’s first quarter operating income of $200 million. Sales in Cintas’ uniform rental and facility services division, the company’s largest top-line contributor, went up 6.2 percent, while sales in the company’s first-aid and safety services segment increased 8.6 percent.
