Clorox Increases Quarterly Dividend 10%

The Clorox Co., parent company of Clorox Professional Products Co., has increased the quarterly dividend on its common stock 10% to US$1.06 per share.
The dividend―$4.24 annualized with a yield 2.89 percent―is payable August 16, to shareholders of record at the close of business July 31. Clorox has increased the total annual dividends paid to its shareholders every year since 1977.
