Diversey Acquires Twister

Diversey has acquired Twister Holding AB and its assets from Polaris Private Equity

The acquisition expands Diversey’s product offerings and includes the patented Twister™ chemical-free system for daily floor cleaning. Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to be finalized by the end of the year, were not disclosed.
