Diversey Appoints Carlos Sagasta CFO

Diversey has appointed Carlos Sagasta chief financial officer (CFO), effective June 18.

Sagasta joins Diversey from Office Depot, Inc., where he oversaw the company’s financial operations. In his new position with Diversey, Sagasta will lead the company’s financial team, which is based out of Charlotte, NC.
