Diversey Care Expands Disinfection Offerings

Sealed Air Diversey Care has acquired the ultraviolet C (UVC) disinfection portfolio of Daylight Medical.

The purchase expands Diveresy Care’s portable UVC disinfectant offerings and includes Daylight Medical’s MoonBeam™3 UVC Disinfection System and its SKY™ 6Xi and 7Xi devices. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
