Diversey Names Ilham Kadri CEO

Bain Capital, LP has appointed Dr. Ilham Kadri president and chief executive officer of Diversey.

Bain Capital acquired Diversey earlier this year in a US$3.2 billion deal. Kadri’s appointment will be effective at the close of the transaction, which is anticipated to be late next month. She joined Sealed Air in 2013 as president of the Diversey Care division.
