Dow Declares Quarterly Dividend Payout

Dow Chemical Co. has declared a regular quarterly dividend of US$0.46 per share.
The dividend is payable April 28 to Dow Chemical shareholders of record at the close of business March 31. Dow Chemical has issued a dividend to its shareholders for 105 consecutive years.
