The listing is based on four criteria: patent approval success rate, global reach of patent portfolio, patent influence in literature citations, and overall patent volume.
Dow Chemical was recognized for its investments and patents within the chemical manufacturing sector. This marks the seventh consecutive year the company has been included in the Top 100 Global Innovators index.
