DowDuPont Announces Quarterly Dividend

DowDuPont, Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.38 per share.
The dividend is payable March 15 to DowDuPont shareholders of record at the close of business February 28.
This marks the second cash dividend issued by DowDuPont since the company was formed out of the merger of Dow Chemical Co. and E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. (DuPont) in 2017. Prior to the merger, Dow and DuPont had paid shareholders cash dividends every quarter since 1912 and 1904, respectively.
