DowDuPont Announces Quarterly Dividend Payout

DowDuPont, Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.38 per share.

The dividend is payable September 14 to DowDuPont shareholders of record at the close of business August 31.

This marks the fourth cash dividend issued by DowDuPont since the company was formed out of the merger of Dow Chemical Co. and E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. (DuPont) in 2017. Prior to the merger, Dow and DuPont had paid shareholders cash dividends every quarter since 1912 and 1904, respectively.
