DowDuPont Boosts 3rd-Quarter Sales 31%

DowDuPont, Inc. has reported third-quarter net sales of US$20.1 billion, an increase of 31 percent year over year.

DowDuPont credited the gains to high consumer-led demand and higher prices. Sales in the company’s packaging and specialty plastics segment rose 11 percent to $6.12 billion, while its safety and construction segment increased sales 7 percent to $1.3 billion.
