Cargill Meat Solutions has issued a recall for 132,606 pounds of pre-packaged ground beef due to the risk of E. coli.

Cargill issued the recall after an investigation by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) linked the ground beef to a strain of the bacteria (E. coli O26), which has sickened 18 individuals since July, including one fatal case, CNN reports. Cargill is working with the FSIS to determine the source of the outbreak.
