Eastman Chemical Co. has appointed Kim Ann Mink to the company’s board of directors.
Mink is the president, chairman, and CEO of Innophos Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining Innophos, she served as s business president of elastomers, electrical, and telecommunications for Dow Chemical Co.
