Eastman Chemical Declares Quarterly Dividend

Eastman Chemical Co. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.56 per share on the company’s common stock.

The dividend―$2.24 annualized with a yield of 2.14 percent―is payable July 6 to shareholders of record at the close of business June 15.
