Ecolab 4th-Quarter Sales Rises 3%

Ecolab, Inc. has an adjusted fourth-quarter revenue of US$3.76 billion, an increase of 3 percent from one year earlier.
Ecolab’s profit dipped 4 percent from one year ago to $581 million, or $1.5 per share. Sales in the company’s global institutional division were up 6 percent to $1.33 billion while its global industrial division increased sales 8 percent to $1.56 billion.
