Ecolab Declares Quarterly Dividend Payout

Ecolab, Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.37 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend is payable October 16 to shareholders of record at the close of business September 19. Ecolab has paid a dividend to shareholders without interruption for 80 consecutive years.
