EPA Honors Kimberly-Clark & SC Johnson for Climate Leadership

SC Johnson, parent company of SC Johnson Professional, and Kimberly-Clark Corp., parent company of Kimberly-Clark Professional, have been named recipients of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) 2018 Climate Leadership Award for Excellence in Greenhouse Gas Management Goal Setting.

The EPA’s annual Climate Leadership Awards honor individuals and corporations in the public and private sector for addressing climate change by reducing carbon pollution. SC Johnson was recognized for setting a goal of 15 percent absolute reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2020.  Kimberly-Clark was honored for its goal of reducing emissions by 20 percent by 2022.
