Edgar Ruth founded the facility maintenance firm in 1988 after spending more than 18 years in the cleaning industry in various management positions. Ruth currently serves as ESS’s president and the CIMS-certified company has branched out from its Charlotte, NC, roots to service customers throughout the United States.
