FBG Service Marks 25 Years of ESOP

FBG Service Corp. recently marked 25 years of providing an employee stock ownership program (ESOP).

FBG Services was one of the first jansan organizations to offer an ESOP when the program debuted in 1993. The company’s first ESOP certificates were issued to 390 employee-owners in April 1994. By 2006, the program had achieved 100 percent employee ownership. For the past 12 years, FBG Services has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Employee-Owned Companies in the United States by the National Center of Employee Ownership.
