Genuine Parts Names Paul Donahue Chairman

Genuine Parts Co., parent company of S.P. Richards Co., has appointed Paul Donahue chairman of its board of directors.

Donahue joined S.P. Richards as executive vice president of sales and marketing in 2003. He was named president of Genuine Parts in 2012 and CEO in 2016. He will continue to serve as CEO in addition to his new role as chairman.
