The global market for air fresheners is expected to reach US$12 billion by 2023 with a compounded annual growth rate—or CAGR—of 3.2 percent, according to a new study from market research firm Allied Market Research.

The report forecasts spray and aerosol air fresheners to be the leading segment, driven by an increased demand in the residential market. The study also predicts a rise in demand in the Asia-Pacific region, which will account for nearly 30 percent of the market.
