Gordon Brush Acquires Spectrum Paint

Gordon Brush Mfg. Co., Inc. has acquired Spectrum Paint Applicator Corp.

Per the terms of the deal, Spectrum Paint’s manufacturing and operations will be relocated from Newark, NJ, to Gordon Brush’s 183,000-square-foot facility in City of Industry, CA. Financial details of the purchase were not announced.
