Grainger Appoints Chief Human Resources Officer

W.W. Grainger, Inc. has appointed Kathleen S. Carroll senior vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO).
Carroll has more than 25 years of human resources experience and joins Grainger from First Midwest Bank, where she served as executive vice president and CHRO. She succeeds Joseph High, who retired from Grainger earlier this year.
