W.W. Grainger, Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$1.28 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend―$5.12 annualized with a yield of 3.03percent―is payable September 1 to shareholders of record at the close of business August 14. Grainger has paid a dividend to shareholders without interruption for 44 consecutive years.
