Impact Products Adds Strategic Account Manager

Impact Products, LLC announced the appointment of Sylvia Lam as strategic account manager of the company’s western region.

Lam will be responsible for distributor account development and training and will work collaboratively with Impact’s manufacturer representatives. She joins Impact from OMI Industries, where she was a senior field sales manager.
