Imperial Dade has acquired American Osment.
The purchase of the Birmingham, AL-based industrial paper and janitorial supply distributor expands Imperial Dade’s service offerings and geographical footprint in northern Alabama. The deal includes American Osment’s facilities in Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, and Montgomery. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
